ENAC Puglia, associated of ENAC – Ente Nazionale Canossiano is thrilled to announce the launch of its “Lunch Box” initiative in Foggia.
This innovative project invites students from professional agri-food courses to design sustainable menus every Thursday for their peers in the others vet center. By partnering with Velò a for eco-friendly transportation, the initiative not only provides nourishing meals but also emphasizes the importance of reducing environmental impact through community collaboration.
More over with the “Lunch Box” initiative, ENAC Puglia is hosting a special event titled “Autunno in Tavola” in collaboration with the Kairos association. Scheduled for end of October, this gathering at the ENAC Puglia offers a delightful opportunity to connect with the community and savor the incredible work produced by the students at the Kairos center. Attendees can look forward to a festive atmosphere celebrating the flavors of autumn.
The “Autunno in Tavola” event will feature a carefully curated selection of agro-food materials, all harvested and processed by the students themselves. Each ingredient has been thoughtfully chosen to create a healthy and delicious lunch that highlights the rich tastes of the season. Additionally, guests will have the chance to witness a live cooking demonstration where students will prepare “grano cotto,” a traditional dish, culminating in a communal meal that fosters sharing and togetherness.
