The 25th Diepholzer Berufsmesse took place on 13–14 June 2025 in the central town square of Diepholz, attracting around 3,000 visitors over two days.
Students, graduates, and young career-seekers explored a wealth of opportunities provided by more than 90 regional exhibitors, including local businesses, public-sector organisations, and educational institutions. The 3,000 m² exhibition area was complemented by a hybrid format, offering an online platform to preview exhibitors in advance.

Interactive and Hands-On Experiences
Visitors enjoyed a lively programme designed to inspire and inform. Companies such as 12systems hosted practical challenges like the “Network Challenge,” giving participants the chance to set up firewalls, switches, and cables. The stage programme featured talks and workshops on CV reviews, application processes, and workplace expectations, helping attendees gain valuable insights into launching their careers.
Collaboration and Regional Impact
The event was organised by KURSZukunft GmbH & Co. KG, with project managers Alina Ohrmann and Maik Schwenker, in collaboration with regional partners including Stadtwerke EVB Huntetal, Elektro Strahtmann, and the city of Diepholz. The Info Point, designed by LA CONCEPT, served as a central hub for visitor information. Strong attendance and positive feedback from exhibitors reflected the fair’s ongoing role as a key driver of vocational orientation in the region. Many companies reported meaningful interactions with students, with several apprenticeships resulting directly from conversations at the event.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Preparations are already underway for the 2026 edition, which will take place on 5–6 June 2026. Building on the success of this year’s fair, organisers promise even more opportunities for career exploration and recruitment.
The 2025 Diepholzer Berufsmesse proved to be a vibrant and engaging platform—both on-site and online—for young people planning their career paths. With strong community involvement and a practical, interactive approach, it remains a must-visit for anyone seeking inspiration and guidance for their future.
