As a result of Work Package 1, the project progresses according to the agreed schedule and budget, ensuring that its objectives are achieved efficiently. A clear and effective coordination structure supports smooth collaboration between partners and guarantees compliance with the Erasmus+ framework.
The outcomes of this work package consist of internal management and coordination processes and are therefore not published here as publicly available reports.

Work Package 8 ensures that the project implementation and its outcomes meet high quality standards. Through continuous monitoring and evaluation, the partnership maintains effective cooperation and supports the achievement of the project objectives in line with the agreed plan.
This work package focuses on internal quality assurance and evaluation processes. Therefore, it does not produce publicly available deliverables for dissemination.
Work Package 9 promotes and shares the results of the other work packages, ensuring they reach community participants and stakeholders in the participating countries and across Europe. It also helps raise the attractiveness of VET. The work package maintains the project website and social media channels on Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring continuous visibility and engagement. It also produces annual reports and other internal reports to support project management and follow-up.
